This company is by far the worst site I've ever ordered from. My order shipped a week ago and I still haven't received it yet. When I contacted them and they blamed it on USPS and not once did they offer to find the package, they said they would not give me a refund even in one email they told me I could take my business elsewhere. Totally unacceptable customer service. Totally bad experience since I've read some reviews that said it was 2 weeks and some had not received their order and again those people raised concern over ordering from this business again. Can I review them with -5 stars

WARNING! BAIT & SWITCH. This company engages in unethical business practices. Yesterday I received the following from ejuicedeals.com in my inbox:
"Here is a 25% off coupon code to thank you for supporting us, just... get over there, reserve your favorites, and enter "25today" at checkout. Thank you for your continued support and please feel free to reply.

I placed an order for 2 Suorin Air vapes totaling $35.98 and entered promo code 25today. The $9.00 discount was not taken. After contacting customer service, I was told that the promo is not valid on hardware. Does ANYONE see a hardware disclaimer in that email? I don’t! I am considering contacting the FCC and passing along those emails, to determine if what they are doing is illegal. Legal, or not, I have spent my last hard-earned dollar with these jerks.

Awesome company

Awesome company! Honestly no other company can beat their prices. The only thing that may be slightly annoying is the shipping. However, my package came in perfectly and for the unbeatable prices I’m willing to wait a couple more days while its in transit.
I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews on here.
And the customer service isn’t bad, I had all of my emails replied to with explanation about the PACT act and usps.

It’s been nearly a month now and I have not received my order . I have tried to track the delivery and when you click on the link it does not work . I have emailed several times now and heard nothing back . Where is my order!!!! Or I want a refund .

Takes about 2 weeks to get an order now…

Takes about 2 weeks to get an order now that they changed something with shipping. Use to take 3 days. Won't be purchasing again from them.

Slow shipping but good price

My mail hasn’t came in today but my juice should get delivered today. If I don’t get it, it will be at the fault of my apartment complex for closing the office early.
Regardless, the price was alright for this order. It’s just been a rough 10 days not having any nicotine.

Ok... so we are to blame for you making a mistake on your order and USPS sending it back because you did not put in the full address? Got it! That makes a lot of sense, always a bummer when customers want to blame us when we did nothing wrong. We can not stop USPS from shipping back a package that had an insufficient address.
WOW! Ive taken a picture of this for Google reviews. I work for a logistics company and we sometimes take a loss for our customers and more when they are repeat customers. I also have many friends that buy a lot from you which Ive sent this conversation to and will surely not buy from you guys any longer. My friend you have a great weekend... I will call my bank and report this as fraud. I really don't feel like you or your site are trustworthy after seeing how you speak with customers. Happy New Years!

It's now been over two weeks

It's now been over two weeks, almost three and I have yet to receive my order. I've received multiple USPS packages from orders placed well after this ejuice.direct order.
I had to place a different order at a completely different business because this order has taken so long. Customer service was pretty much useless and dismissive.

Slow service

Slow service, incompetent customer service. They’ll blame their lack of speedy service on usps. Don’t waste time or money on these fools.

Don’t order for this company . I received a tracking number & I put it in all tracking apps and nothing is popping up . I’ve emailed this company and got no response.

I ordered vape juice they took my money…

I ordered vape juice they took my money from my checkin. I'm still waiting for my juice. I made 5 attempts by email and called numerous times with no response. Do not order from this company. Rotten rotten.

First time buying from this company

First time buying from this company. Delivery took 7 days. Fairly cheap delivery. Got 10 bottles total for 96$. Got the 300ML mystery bag and received 2 100ml RIPE bottles of juice & 1 120ml bottle of Electric Lemonade by Big Bottle Co. Also bought the Big Bottle Co. 5 pack bundle & I am extremely happy with the price & taste of the juices. Will be ordering again in the future. Only downfall was that there was no tracking on the shipment, even though I was given a tracking number when I ordered.

Bad Juice!

I ordered 4 bottles of the same juice and 1 bottle was outdated and bad (juice was very dark and others were very light color). Taste was bad also. When I emailed them about it, they asked for pictures. I sent pics but they now want pics of exp. dates. The bad juice had no exp. date. I explained this to them but they still ask for pics. Pics of what? There isn't a exp. date to take a picture of.
Do not order from this company.

they are scam

they are scam, am spend 80 dolars in liquids 1 oct 2020 they take the money and no tracking not response emails today they send me a email saying we can return the mid of your money and very bad service do not order from this site and safe your money for other sites.
